I always figured if I ate right I wouldn't need additional vitamins. My Dr. said the same -- except he doubts that pizza and burritos every day is eating right. He is just not thinking outside of the box.

It can't hurt to take a regular ("Low potency") multi-vitamin just to be sure. But-- not one of those hi potency ones,
